Enter the email address of the professional account you want to use.
Request the connection email, then open the link received in your inbox.
Validate the link received. This step is complete as soon as the account is recognised as connected.

Choose the organisation you want to use. Success will be confirmed as soon as it is active.

Choose Create an organisation.
Enter the name of the new organisation.
Create the organisation. Success will be confirmed as soon as it is active.

Give the new file a name. This name remains visible while you work.
Move to References to start completing this new file.

Load a file from the server or your device. Success will be confirmed as soon as the file is ready.

Check or complete the organisation name.
Save the organisation settings when the information is ready.
Enter the name of the institution publishing this file.
Enter the address that will receive adaptation requests.
Enter the main service. You can then complete the other useful references.

Choose the relevant section and use the plus button to add an adaptation.
Describe the added adaptation. You can repeat this operation for every proposed adaptation.
Save your adaptations using the button above the page. Success will be confirmed when the server file is up to date.
Download the .a11y file and its .a11y+ file using this button. Success will be confirmed when the local copy is up to date.

Refresh the list to display the most recent requests.
Open a request to view its details. If no request is available, you can complete this activity.

Load the file from the server or your device. Success will be confirmed as soon as the public link is ready.

Use the public link or QR code to give access to the file. Complete this activity when you have performed the desired sharing action.

Enter the email address of the user account you want to use.
Request the connection email, then open the link received in your inbox.
Validate the link received. This activity is complete as soon as your user account is recognised as connected.

Select at least one adaptation need that concerns you. Success will be confirmed as soon as your profile is ready.

Enter or paste the web address of the .a11y file published by the institution, then open it. Success will be confirmed when the adaptations are available.

Review the proposed adaptations and tick those that meet your needs. Complete this activity when the selection suits you.

Use the controls in this section to display, copy, send or submit your request. Complete this activity after the chosen action.
